Ian VicaryIan Vicary is a Chartered Surveyor who started his career in 1992 working for the Ministry of Defence as a Land Agent in Hampshire & Surrey. Since Qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1994 he has had a number of different jobs working in private practice carrying out a wide range work including sales and letting of commercial, residential, and agricultural property. Since 1998 he has specialised in residential survey and valuation work. Due to a keen interest in the care and repair of historic buildings he completed a postgraduate diploma in Architectural Conservation Pg. Dip (Arch Cons.) in 2002 at the University of Plymouth.  Ian set up Wessex Surveyors LLP after more recently working for a number of corporate surveying companies in Devon & Dorset. He lives on the coast between Bridport and Weymouth at West Bexington.

Simon MunningsSimon Munnings comes from a farming background, having worked on dairy and arable farms in the Home Counties and South West. He built on that practical experience by taking an Honours Degree in Rural Estate Management at the University of Plymouth, which led to him qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1995 and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) in 1997. Several years spent with South West Water provided a good education in Compulsory Purchase, property valuation, building surveys, farm  and rural management together with dispute resolution. In 1997 he joined Symonds & Sampson in their Wimborne office, rising to Head of their Valuation Department while also dealing with all aspects of planning, compensation, property surveys and assisting with property sales. His base at Bere Regis is convenient for access to all parts of Dorset and the surrounding counties.

The East office covers - Wareham, Swanage, Corfe Mullen, Wimborne, Blandford Forum, Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ferndown, Ringwood, Verwood, Salisbury, Shaftesbury, Henstridge, Sturminster Newton and all areas between.
